Tommy knew better. He had to after all, he survived five years in hell. Others refused to believe it was hell but that was because they all suffered what he had. They, just like he had, believed Dream was a decent person.
Manipulation. Gaslighting. Being trapped.
He refused to let anyone else fall into his line of prey. Not when he could do something.
Not when he was in control.

I saw Cyncerity’s Trapped Wilbur AU on Tumblr and couldn’t help but fall into the idea of Tommy doing this with Dream instead.
