Since the collapse of S.H.I.E.L.D Nick Fury has been desperately trying to pick up the pieces of the former organisation and end HYDRA once and for all. After much convincing he’s managed to recruit a handful of agents to help him with S.H.I.E.L.D’s rebirth. One of these agents is Avenger and former member of Strike Team Delta, ‘Clint Barton’ better known as ‘Hawkeye.’ Another is former Howling Commando and HYDRA asset, ‘James Barnes’ aka ‘The Winter Soldier.’ Fury sends the two on a black bag job to infiltrate and obtain information from former S.H.I.E.L.D agent Brock Rumlow however, things go sour quick and the two snipers find themselves without means of communication and neck deep in enemy territory. If what they found from Rumlow’s documents is true then the clock is ticking and the agents are on a tight time schedule. But can they survive long enough to pass the information on or will they end up killing each other in the process?

If you like the fic "D.S.S Requirement," you'll love this.
This mixing of Big Hero Six with the events of Andy Weir's "The Martian" is so natural, such a perfect melding of worlds, that I can't believe nobody else has done this.
I've only watched the movie "Big Hero Six" once, and that was a year or two ago, so I'm not that familiar with that universe. You can therefore feel comfortable reading this fic even if you know nothing more about BH6 than what's available in an IMDb description.
I pulled an all-nighter to read this captivating story, which is an idiotic thing to do at my age. But this story was so interesting, and its protagonist so dynamic and well-developed, that I couldn't detach my brain from this story. I love it.

This is a subtle and intriguing tale of how Harry's bullied, neglected, arguably abusive home life could have resulted in Harry being easily manipulated & brainwashed by Voldemort, thus changing the entire course of Harry's life. I love how the author achieves this without changing either Harry's good-natured character or Voldemort's twisted, evil self.
