If you tried to put them together carelessly they would scratch each other and maybe even sever the fragile stems…However, if you were to braid two together perfectly you would end up with a stronger rose. Keitaro hummed and closed his eyes, as if to relive that moment. “When the sun rises and reflects off the ocean, it’s as if millions of gems shine instead of water. That’s what it felt like, except right next to him. And she... she was lovely.” He sighed. “I-I’m making zero sense, aren’t I?”
“Well... you did hit your head.”
Keitaro should have drowned that day, but he didn't; someone saved him, or so he believes. And when he finds her again, albeit injured herself, the least he can do is return the favor... that is, if he doesn't die from embarrassment first.
