Apologies for some inaccurate details, the Metal Gear universe is stupid complicated (you know this) and I didn't feel like reading the wiki for 6 hours. Monsoon is kinda out of character but cmon man, that's what fic is for. Also emo boy Raiden, of course.
I wrote this about a year ago when I had an idea for Civilian! Monsoon and I'm just now getting around to posting it. I hope you enjoy! Like all my favorite things (Metal Gear being one of them) it's stupid, horny, and angsty.
