Summary
Young love—the finest thing a young man or woman could ever experience. But for young, 27-year old Meriwether Lewis, nothing seems to be going his way. He struggles deeply with his own problems, but when President Thomas Jefferson, his good friend, hands him a map and a hope to set out and explore the new lands of the Lousiana Purchase, Lewis is paired with young, bright-eyed William Clark, merely 4 years older than him.
The two must face rocky conditions, near-death, and each other to have this exploration run smoothly, but when Lewis’ heart starts pointing the wrong direction, Clark wonders if he can help Lewis out through both simple help and a bit of love, as well as successfully complete the mission at hand.

the artist SG LEWIS had a show in june that one of the authors went to and she almost got astroworlded by ny transplant wannabe influencers. i keep getting unwanted emails from experian to check my credit score i'm scared and don't know how to unsubscribe Mysteriouse dancing man with a tuopay walked past a store that sold used matresses and bed bugs. he decided he would become hired there to make some money! during his days of cross selling bed bugs and matresses, he went to a NYCFC (new york city football club) game and watched them lose so he went to a NY Redbulls game instead and also watched them lose. he was so upset about his 2 favorite local teams losing he flew to france and back and had no job again:( so he started printing $7 and $500 bills in a meth lab that didn't produce meth. when his money printing machine exploded, he was left with no other choice but to CHODE go to antartica and become the... mailman. find out in this installment whatever the hell this little guy is up to now.

“You will abandon that useless exercise and eat, then rest. That’s an order,” Clark’s voice became dark and insistent. Lewis knew he was right, and was utterly embarrassed that it had come to a point where Clark was ordering him to care for himself…and yet he could not find it in himself to listen.
“You’re not my commanding officer. We are Co-Captains, Clark. You have no authority here.”
“We hold the same rank, yes. But I am your senior in age, previous rank and experience… I do not impose that upon you in the field, but I should think I have more authority here, in this tent with you…than I do anywhere else.”
It was absolutely unfair, and Clark knew it. Unfair to leverage Lewis’ feelings for him, the things they did in this tent together, to get what he wanted. But if it was what would get Lewis to break out of his melancholy attitude… that end justified the means.
(There's a storm ravaging the Corps camp, and Lewis has neglected to care for himself as of late. Clark seizes the opportunity for some alone time with his companion.)
