Todd, to his great displeasure, found himself rather empty as he watched his greatest enemy plummet to the bakehouse.
Revenge should've been his salvation; he'd been sure of it. A sudden end to his litany of woes, the final link between his old life and the new.
Instead, he'd gotten... nothing.
He lamented being so sudden. He had taunted him, yes, for a moment, but his bloodlust had gotten hold of him. His Friends so hungry for the kill, so eager to fulfill their purpose. He should've been crueler, he scolded himself, make him anguish for every second his Lucy suffered at his filthy hands.
And then, a scream. Mrs. Lovett, of course.
What a lucky sound.

Summary
To everyone's shock, the prison riots worked. Phillip Turpin is arrested and Benjamin is free after over fifteen years of a false charge. He begins taking back his life, beginning with his daughter. However, the word "father" tastes like poison in Johanna's mouth after what her guardian did her to and a flighty girl always has her wings outstretched.
Or: Benjamin gets his daughter back, but he's used to being the parent of an infant. Not a traumatized teenager.

Summary
After the death of the Judge Turpin and his beloved Lucy, Sweeney Todd is not killed by Tobias Ragg. Instead, the boy runs scared from the bloody demon of Fleet Street and Todd is reunited with his daughter Johanna who had unwillingly goes with Anthony to find his dear friend Sweeney who is mortified by him but after some explanations, and a break down from Mr. Todd himself, they all begin a new chapter.

The term "Bovary Box" was (jokingly) coined by my old humanities teacher. It refers to the controversial novel "Madame Bovary" by Gustave Flaubert. The Bovary Box in the novel itself is a supposed miraculous invention that Madame Bovary’s bumbling husband Charles thinks will somehow cure the medical suffering of another character. In other words, a Bovary Box is something, an object, event, or location, that you think will somehow miraculously produce happiness, though it usually makes the situation worse. So, knowing that, do you think moving to a small town in the middle of nowhere you know next to nothing about would cure your wife’s hysteria?

After the events of the movie, Tobias "Toby" Ragg feels a sense of grief, he has nowhere to go, no one to stay with. Despite this, he feels relieved that he is now rid of two murderers, even if they acted almost as surrogate parents to him;Johanna and Anthony also try to start a new life, but realizing they probably didn't think this through enough, they go back to Mrs Lovett's meat pie shop, under the condition that they don't go up to Sweeney's barber shop, Johanna having almost been killed.

The culprit in question, ten and six year old Tobias Ragg was found with the weapon over the bodies of an unnamed woman, Judge Edward Turpin and his master, Mr. Sweeney Todd. He was discovered by Anthony E. Hope - a friend of Todd's - and Ms. Johanna Barker - the ward of Judge Turpin. His mistress, the well known, respectable Mrs. Elenore Lovett remains unaccounted for after this heinous crime that appears to have been occurring for weeks. Ragg currently awaits trial at Newgate."
In this story, the character of Sweeney Todd is based off the portrayals by Josh Groban, Aaron Tveit and Nik Christopher in the 2023/2024 Broadway production.
The character of Mrs. Lovett is based off the portrayal by Annaleigh Ashford in the 2023 Broadway Revival.
All of characters are based off the portrayal of the OBRC of 2023-2024. -
