Dracula is ill, and stuck inside a hospital.
Mavis and Jonathan are falling apart and feel deep regrets about moving out of the hotel., . . . . ,
After the death of the count, the two seem to fall apart even more. They are stuck in a world, never truly knowing what's right or wrong for them. They keep putting themselves into unknown situations, trying to make their lives normal again. Once Mavis starts to experience something unexpected, their lives are turned again. And once Johnny comes home from a walk feeling unlike himself, they know what has to be done. It's time for them to call for help, realizing the two of them can't fix one another. It seems that maybe this help can do them something good for once. But it isn't until she finds out a secret about her father that makes everything....normal. After the discovery, everything shifts in a new direction and makes them love again like nothing had happened.

I usually don't care for making my fanfics into an actual parted series, but this one was just perfect. This novel is part 1 out of 2. One shots that follow this same universe and timeline may come.

It's a freaky Friday the 13th, and unwittingly, the drac pack (and Johnny) end up playing with cursed cards. Their entire minds switch into each other's bodies--that includes all the powers, or lack thereof, that those bodies may have.
Drac, now with Johnny's body, desperately wants everything to go back to normal before sunrise. Although that may be easier said than done when he has to go around as an ordinary powerless human, and especially when some of his friends start taking way too much enjoyment out of the switches than others.

The answer to his prayers came to him in the form of a thick book picking itself up and prying itself open—and was that a pair of floating glasses? Someone was reading there. Someone invisible.

Mavis just wanted to have a private wedding in the forests. For hours, she had been concerned that her father would do something to Johnny if the wedding were to be publicly held at the hotel. But, turns out, he wasn't the person she had to worry about. Someone else had been out to keep her safe, and even though her father remained silent about it, he wasn't truly innocent.
This is only a short, having 4 chapters. It is similar to my other wedding story about Vlad, only this time he goes to greater lengths to make sure that his granddaughter is safe <3
Recently I have been getting into Vlad's like villain character.

A major death in the family brings the count to his absolute worst. To forget about what has happened, he tends to the hotel.
When Griffin announces that he has finally met someone real, the count is excited to throw him an event, to forget even more. He decides to host a firework show, not aware that it would lead the humans right to them. Eventually, the humans arrive and kidnap Dracula, to later kill him and exploit his powers to the world. Dracula believes he knows his way out, but may need some help from his friends to escape. And maybe even a white haired monster hunter.
This story is like right in the middle of being a Dracula x Ericka. Like it is, but it's also not?
(I wonder who's not making an appearance in this story? Very out of character for me)
