Waking up to being restrained and bound wasn't Tommy's best definition of fun, especially since he's not really supposed to be alive.
Dealing with a parasite slowly leaving him to deal with this bullshit alone sucks balls, at least the fucks who kidnapped him are dead now.
The only mission left for Tommy is to get out and infect as many people as possible, then hopefully die in a ditch or something.
Using this old man as a golden ticket out of here is the best option available, so they both go further, slowly uncovering what really happened in this laboratory. -

TLDR:
When two timelines line up almost perfectly, Goddess of Death Kristin can't help but interfere. To save her golden boy, she swaps the lives of an infected Tommyinnit and a Tommyinnit who has given up on living.
Side A follows the journey of SCU!Tommy. How will his presence in the DSMP alter the timeline?

The events after beating the game are a blur - losing one of the divine quartet took a tole on all of them, and the victory was short-lived. Charlie can still hear the gunshots ringing in his ears, and whenever he looks at Bizly he sees the emptiness that won't leave his eyes reflected back at him. Condi seems to be dealing with it through lashing out at both of them, and all Charlie can think is to wonder where he found the energy to feel anything.

Wilbur's smile faltered for a moment, a shadow passing over his features. But then, with a determined glint in his eyes, he nodded. "Yes, Tommy. They do," he replied, his voice tinged with resolve.
Amidst the debris and destruction, Wilbur's words hung heavy in the air, his gaze fixed on Tommy with a mixture of urgency and desperation. The sky, tinged with the fading hues of sunset, cast an eerie glow over the scene, adding to the tension that crackled in the air like electricity. Wilbur took a step closer, his boots crunching on the broken fragments of stone and wood, his movements deliberate as he approached Tommy.
"Tommy, listen to me," Wilbur began, his voice low but resonant, carrying a weight of solemnity. His eyes bore into Tommy's, searching for any sign of understanding. "I am the bad guy. And you, you are the sword of justice.

But Dream isn't about to let his favorite toy go that easily. Instead, he decides to see if that Revival Book Schlatt gave him actually works. And it does! Unfortunately, it works a little too well. After all, this world's Tommy is still alive, so it has to bring back someone else.
On a crater-filled beach, a teenager awakens with a chest full of maggots, eyes dripping with lava and ash heavy on his tongue.
