Summary
Inspired by Yaelokre's song, the story follows a different set of characters. Taking place after Hilda and the Fairy Isle, our story follows Edward White, a Sparrow Scout with a few words. Known for being quiet amongst his friends and classmates, Edward moves in the shadows where he has his own adventures that are vastly different than Hilda's. More grounded to the everyday lives of Trolberg. However, what nobody knows about Edward is that he has a Marra as his adoptive sister named Emily Sheridan, the Marra who always covers her right eye and is known to be the oldest amongst her friends. In this different story, dive into the world of Hilda through the eyes of an ordinary boy encountering the extraordinary and how he deals with them on his own pace with his sister, four teenagers, and a book of old. Most notably his gift for finding something that not even Hilda can find!

A Ghost Engagement is the prelude to a Ghost Marriage, but Yuu doesn't really have time to think about that, what with classes and Overblots and trying to get home. Their ghost fiancé is thankfully, suprisingly unconcerned about spectral nuptuals for a Ghost Groom, and Yuu will take what wins they can get.
This would probably be less confusing for all parties involved if either knew the other, or if the groom knew who he was.

EXPEDITION 13, led by USDAI psychologist Lydia Martin and consisting of cellular biologist Mieczysław “Stiles” Stilinski, EMT Scott McCall, ex-Marine Jackson Whittemore, and physicist Kira Yukimura, has entered “The Preserve,” previously known as Cedar Hearth National Park on the pacific coast of the United States. The national park had been evacuated after being overtaken by an anomalous and inhuman force.
They are in search of answers for what happened to EXPEDITION 12, a team of Green Berets led by Stilinski’s husband Derek Hale.
Hale had returned unexpectedly, showing up in their house with no memory of how he left The Preserve. His subordinates Isaac Lahey, Vernon Boyd, and Erica Reyes have been declared missing by the USDAI.

This is a direct continuation of the Probity series. Please read the prolog and part 1 before continuing. The part 2 got too big and it started timing out when I tried to post another chapter. I've been writing this off and on since the beginning of the pandemic. I'm about 3/4 of the way to catching up to where I'm still writing. In retrospect, I'm amazed at how much I actually wrote.
